10 nos Pisang Mas (ripe)
1 lit Coconut Milk (from 1 coconut)
200 gm Palm Sugar
75 gm Sugar
5 pcs Screwpine Leaves
5 gm Salt
Instructions:
- Pour the coconut milk in a pot and add palm sugar, sugar, salt,screwpine leaves and bring to boil.
- Cut banana into 3 pcs, add to boiling syrup and continue boiling for another 3 mins.
