Ingredients:

600 gm White Rice (cooked)
10 gm Black Pepper (pounded)
100 gm Red Onion (sliced)
150 gm Dried Shredded Coconut
300 gm Kembung Fish (roasted and chopped)
100 gm Long Beans (sliced)
100 gm Beansprout
150 gm Cucumber (sliced)
50 gm Ulam Raja Leaves (sliced)
100 gm Wild Ginger Flower (Bunga Kantan) (sliced finely)
50 gm Kesom Leaves (sliced)
To taste Salt
50 gm Mint Leaves (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Mix white rice with salt, black pepper and kembung fish.
  2. Place mixed rice on the plate, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to serve.
