Ingredients:

500 gm Rose Flour
1 1/2 nos Egg
5 pcs Screwpine Leaves
To taste Salt
1/8 lit Fresh Milk
1/4 lit Water Oil

Instructions:

  1. Blend screwpine leaves and get the juice.
  2. Then mix together all ingredients and stir until the flour dissolves.
  3. Heat the pan and put some oil into it.
  4. Then put the flour mixture into the Jala mould and swirl onto the pan to make the netting pattern.
